What a referral is worth
A Creator subscriber on the monthly plan ($29/month) earns you $8.70 every month they stay. On the yearly plan ($174/year) it is $52.20 every year they renew.
We look for creators whose tutorials show the real product: AI cartoon and 3D story channels, explainer and faceless-channel how-tos. You do not need a big audience; you need viewers who make videos.
How it works
- Email us your channel. We reply within a few days and set up your account.
- Share your link (shortify.now/?via=yourname) or your code in your videos and descriptions.
- Get 30% of every payment your referrals make, paid monthly.
Program terms
- Commission
- 30% of every payment a referred customer makes, for as long as they keep paying, on every paid plan. Yearly plans earn 30% of each yearly payment, renewals included.
- What counts
- The amount the customer actually pays, after discounts and before tax. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission.
- Tracking
- A 60-day cookie after a click on your link. When the referral signs up within those 60 days, we save it on their account, so a later payment or one from another device still counts. If someone clicks more than one partner's link within 60 days, the first click counts. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, link tracking needs the visitor's cookie consent; your code works either way.
- Your code
- $5 off the first payment of a monthly plan. Yearly plans are already discounted, so codes do not apply to them; a referral who picks yearly through your link still earns you 30%.
- Payouts
- Monthly by PayPal, 30 days after the month ends: commission earned in October is paid around November 30, so every payment is at least 30 days old. We pay once your balance reaches $50; a smaller balance rolls over. Before the first payout we need a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US).
- Inactive links
- We may turn off a link with no clicks for 6 months.
- Changes
- We can change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commission earned before the change is still paid.
Rules
- No paid ads that use "Shortify", "Shortfy" or misspellings, and no bidding on those keywords.
- No self-referral: not your own accounts, your household's, or accounts made on your devices.
- No spam: no unsolicited DMs or emails, comment spam, Reddit or Discord spam, or coupon sites.
- Disclose every time: TikTok's promotional content label or #ad, YouTube's paid promotion label, or #affiliate in the caption.
- No income claims, such as "make $10K a month with AI videos".
- Do not present yourself as Shortify or use our logo as your profile.
- If you break these rules, we may remove you from the program and cancel unpaid commission.
